My repair "fell through the cracks" as they told me after I had not heard from them 3 weeks after dropping of my weed eater. Then after I called them again 3 weeks or more later they tell me it was ready. I called 2 days before picking it up to let them know I was coming. I then spend 30 minutes at the dealer ship while they try repeated to figure out my ticket. On top of that my repair was nearly the value of the trimmer.
